54th training event for ENT doctors

This year's congress focuses on the immunological mechanisms of the human body. New findings in this area open up a wide range of treatment options for ENT diseases. It's not just about allergies. Infections of the tonsils, the paranasal sinuses or the ear can also be treated better and more targeted in the near future with the help of immunological therapy concepts. Other topics in which immunology is being given greater attention than before are the fight against antibiotic-resistant germs, wound healing in the head and neck area and the broad field of oncological diseases.
